Team building sailing is all about getting your staff or clients to work together like a team towards a common goal. Successful sailing demands co-operation and good communication, both essential tools to the achievement of business goals. Communication on the boat plays a main role in success in sailing, although the activity allows each member of the team to be as active or relaxed as you like and still feel a part of the action.

WITH WHICH SAILING BOATS ARE WE GOING ?

• sailing boats from 33 ft (10 m) up to 50 ft (15 m)

HOW MANY PERSONS CAN PARTICIPATE ?

• min. 5 persons, max.70 persons

HOW LONG DOES THE TEAM BUILDING SAILING LAST ?

• depends on your free time
• can last 1, 2, 3 or more days
• arrangaments are made upon request

WHAT TO BRING ?

• Personal gear, windbreaker, boating shoes or sneakers, bathing suit and your personal things

WHAT IS USUALLY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?

• can be FULL SERVICE (Rental, Skipper, Fuel, Marina Taxes, tourist tax, food on the boat, organized meals in restaurant, organization, VAT)
• all arrangaments are possible

FOR COMPANY NEEDS AND TEAM BUILDING WE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES  

• Hats, team t-shirts or polo shirts
• Trophies or awards
• Corporate or group banners to display on each boat
