TERMS & CONDITIONS & PAYMENT FOR RENTAL/CHARTER

2h/4h rental – upon signing of rental/charter contract 100% of the rental price
upon reservation a equipment of Oreb Club International Ltd., a deposit of 30 % of the total price is required
in case of cancellation of rental due to bad and unstable wind and or weather conditions the deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL
if a client cancels the rental, the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
when renting Nacra 5.5 a sailing ability check is is MANDATORY
in case of incompetence in handling above stated sailing boat, the deposit CANNOT BE REFUNDED
availability and weather permitting
1st Hire possible 09.00 h /last hire possible 17.30 h /Outside these hours by appointment only
more days rent – 40% upon signing of rental/charter contract, 60% four weeks prior to rental/charter period (depending on the reservation date)
