• Check-In: depends on rental dates and time / more days by aggrement

CAUTION

• 100 € – must be paid before boat rental / payable in cash or credit cards (Maestro, Master, Visa, Diners)

TERMS & CONDITIONS & PAYMENT FOR RENTAL/CHARTER

• 2h/4h rental – upon signing of rental/charter contract 100% of the rental price
• upon reservation a equipment of Oreb Club International Ltd., a deposit of 30 % of the total price is required
• in case of cancellation of rental due to bad and unstable wind and or weather conditions the deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL
• if a client cancels the rental, the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
• when renting LASER STRATOS a sailing ability check is is MANDATORY
• in case of incompetence in handling above stated sailing boat, the deposit CANNOT BE REFUNDED
• availability and weather permitting
• 1st Hire possible 09.00 h /last hire possible 17.30 h /Outside these hours by appointment only
• more days rent – 40% upon signing of rental/charter contract, 60% four weeks prior to rental/charter period ( depending on the reservation date )

• Max. discount 15%
• 15% upon signing of rental/charter contract before 01.03.
• 10% upon signing of rental/charter contract before 30.04.
• 5% repeated rental
