COURSE OBJECTIVE:
|
To learn fundamentals of sailing necessary for safe and efficient sailing under sail and power. Theoretical and hands-on instruction.

AREAS OF INSTRUCTION:
|
Boat handling under power/sail, fundamentals of meteorology, navigation, sailing terminology, handling ropes and deck equipment, preparation and hoisting of sails, knots and fundamentals of steering, stowing the boat and sails in proper manner

Swimming skills, motivation and willingness to learn, 2-3 persons (accommodation ashore)
